We use submitted email addresses solely to provide signup-quality analysis — classification, risk scoring, and list matching. We use account and usage data to operate the service, improve our models, and communicate with you about your account.

Data retention

Analysis history is retained according to your plan: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, and according to your settings on Business. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting bruno@qlabsystems.io.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers to host our service. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with subprocessors solely to operate SignUp Guard, under appropriate data protection agreements.
